Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mazarion at mazarion.com and through our mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Mazarion is — and isn't

Mazarion offers astrology readings, personality assessments, and related content for self-reflection, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a diagnostic tool. Decisions you make based on the service are your own responsibility. If you are struggling, please consult a qualified professional.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and only enter details about other people (e.g. for compatibility readings) when you are entitled to do so.

Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is offered as a monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($39.99) auto-renewing subscription. Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period after notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your profile (web purchases) or through Google Play / the App Store (app purchases); access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Google Play, or Apple. Refunds for store purchases follow the respective store's policy; for web purchases, contact hello@mazarion.com.

Referral program

Inviting friends can unlock temporary full access (currently 7 days per verified signup). Credits are granted only for genuine new accounts created through your link. Self-referrals, duplicate or automated accounts, or other abuse void credits, and we may suspend accounts involved. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time; earned time already granted is honored.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling, or interfering with its operation, and no unlawful content in journal entries or profile fields.

Intellectual property

The service, including its content, design, and reports, is owned by Mazarion or its licensors. Your personal data and journal entries remain yours; you grant us the limited license needed to store and display them back to you.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Danger Zone). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
